Returns & Exchanges

At Beacon Adhesives, we want to ensure your home projects are successful; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that for safety and quality control, adhesives must be in their original, sealed packaging to be eligible for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unopened adhesive products in their original shipping box or a similar sturdy container to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label or address the package to our returns department, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
